How can I take the battery door off my digital camera?

I have a Kodak Easyshare Z915, and the battery door broke and won't stay closed. I have another camera (same camera) that no longer works so I wanted to take the battery door off one and put it on the other. Is this possible?How can I take the battery door off my digital camera?Kodak does not list the battery door as customer replaceable. I was able to remove the door of my Nikon D90 by angling it at 60 degrees and working it out. You might do the same.
