Samsung moment has too many problems, how can i switch to the palm pixi?

Okay, so im REALLY unhappy with my samsung moment. There are so many problems with it, i would like to switch to the palm pixi because its smaller and it would cost less each month.

Problems with the moment:

1. Very slow %26amp; delayed,

2. recieves texts 10-45 minutes late.

3. text messages ALWAYS fail when trying to send.

4. battery life SUCKS. i get about 6 hours of use.

5. when i tried to plug in my phone charger the screen shut down and turned black.

6. when someone calls me, it sometimes goes straight to voice mail %26amp; my phone is on.

7. my charger broke right away.

8. it randomly goes into airplane mode.

how much is the palm pixi if i were to switch phones, %26amp; how much is it a month. Would it be cheaper if i bought it at bestbuy or sprint? Would i be able to exchange phones for free?Samsung moment has too many problems, how can i switch to the palm pixi?If you're in a contract you're pretty much stuck with buying a new phone from Sprint or a Sprint supported company such as Best buy at full price. You can however, call sprint tell them the TECHNICAL issues you're having and they will send you a free replacement phone if you blame it ALL on Technical problems. But if you really want a palm pixi and don't want to pay an arm and a leg then try craiglist.com. I've bought countless of phones on there at good reasonable prices. For a pixi, you can probably find one for about $150 - $250 that's in fairly good condition. But since you have Sprint and there's no SIM card involved make sure to meet up at Sprint Store with the seller and have a customer representative check if the ESN number is clean. If it's not, Sprint will not let you activate the phone. A BAD ESN number is given to a phone that's been stolen or has a past due balance that has not been paid. If the phone is a little worn up and that's all you can find with a CLEAN ESN number then you can call Sprint Customer Service, say you're having Technical issues and they should send you a free new refurbished phone of the same model. HOPE THIS HELPED.
