I have an '81 Honda CM 400 A motorcycle. I want to remove the cover over the right side of the cycle covering the battery. I need to take the battery out and charge it. The right side of the cover just pops off. On the left side of the cover, there is a bolt holding it on, You can turn the bolt and it loosens but it never releasees. How do you get the bolt out.
