I just got one of the new ipod nanos. Does anyone know how long they take to fully charge, and how long the battery lasts [with just listening to music]? Also does anyone know how to use the genius on it, ive tried to do it, but its very confusing to me.

You charge it for around 3-5 hours, and the battery life is around 24 hours considering that you are only listening to music. Games take up more energy. Don't charge it if it is not necessary , because it loses battery life each time you do it unnecessarily. The genius thing you already have an answer to so.....
hope it helps!How long is the battery life for the new ipod nano?Ha, i just got the Genius feature too. what you do is you click a song and once it's highlighted, click the atom button(or Genius button) in the bottom right corner of the iTunes screen, It'll make a playlist that supposedly works for that song. The more you do it though, the better it works :] I have an iPod Classic so i'm not totally sure about the playtime for a nano, but i know the charge time is only 1-2hrs if it's like dead. You can always check the Apple website though. I CHARGED MY IPOD RITE WHEN I GOT HOME AND FOUND OUT IT LOOSES BATTERY EACH TIME YOU CHARGE IT UNLESS THE BATTERY IS FULLY OUT
