I am looking to buy a digital camera and a couple of spare batteries to go with it. On most occasions i will not need to use them, but these are for future use, when the primary battery performance deteriorates.
The reason i am buying multiple spare batteries up front, cause i may not have access to buy them later (i stay in india and may not necessarily travel then).
I have read somewhere that storing batteries in a refrigerator helps. Is this true? Any other suggestions? How do i best store a battery (for my digital camera)?Storing batteries in the fridge does not help at all. The recommendations are so different for different battery types that I can not make a general statement about refrigeration, but it's all there.
